Job title:  Human Resource Manager

Summary of Position: Human Resource Manager is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource function. Human Resource Manager ensures compliance with all Local, State and Federal laws.


  1. Maintain job descriptions
  2. Monitor the performance evaluations
  3. Prepare and maintain employee handbook and personnel files.
  4. Maintain and prepare various governmental surveys and reports (EEOC, Vet 100, ITAR, etc.)
  5. Manage company events and employee appreciation.
  6. Conduct recruitment and hiring process for company.
  7. Maintain records consistent with HR retention schedule.
  8. Monitor employee relations, counseling, investigations and dispute resolution.
  9. Maintain OSHA, SAIF and FMLA reporting requirements
  10. Administer company insurance benefits.
  11. Train managers on accident reporting and procedures.
  12. Conducts wage and salary survey as needed.
  13. Manage ESAM employee training program.
  14. Perform special assignments or other duties as required.

Other Duties:

  1. Conduct thorough and timely reviews.
  2. Maintain and update department policies and procedures
  3. Ensures department area is FOD free
  4. Understand safety policies and procedures.
  5. Train, direct and motivate employees.
  6. Create department efficiencies and brings ideas to senior management
  7. Stays with budget guidelines
