ESAM manufactures wire and cable assemblies ranging from simple single wires cut to specification, ends stripped, with crimp or connector attached, to highly complex wire/cable harnesses, used in a variety of applications.

These custom designed and manufactured products go through an engineering evaluation prior to reaching manufacturing. The ESAM manufacturing method dictates that a First Article will be built in manufacturing, along with creating the actual work instructions for subsequent manufacturing. This insures a "copy exact" process for all future orders for this part number.

We have invested in automated processing equipment to insure consistent quality. Our customers are assured of these benefits from the First Article through the product life cycle.

We have in-house over-molding capabilities. We maintain a relationship with a die design firm to help provide cost effective and complex molds.

All cable assemblies and harnesses manufactured at ESAM are 100% electrically tested. Discrete components or circuit boards added to the assembly will be functionally tested wherever possible.
