ESAM manufactures electro-mechanical box build assemblies for a variety of applications and markets. Our engineering support varies based on your needs, ranging from documentation clarification, to developing test procedures and fixtures.

Our box build assembly services consist of mechanical assembly, final assembly, testing, packaging, warehousing and shipping.  We configure our box build area to support your product's specific requirements.  We can palletize and ship to your warehouse, your distributors or your end customer.

We support pneumatic assembly and Class 10,000 clean room assembly requirements. E-prom programming may be provided as part of our final test. We can support your ESD sensitive materials and assemblies. You may use our approved supplier selection process if desired and we embrace "copy exactly" manufacturing processes.

Our box build assemblies range from sub-assemblies to complete machines. We build these products for equipment our customers sell or for equipment they use in their manufacturing process.

We test every assembly as completely as possible from an interconnect standpoint and, wherever possible, for all functionalities. Due to the often sensitive nature of the assembly design, we will gladly sign Non-Disclosure Agreements to protect your intellectual property.
